Wentin Wail?

Will's preschool class studies a different letter of the alphabet each week and each letter is represented by a new character each week (Betsy Bee, Penny Penguin, etc.).  We were eating dinner earlier Monday night and John asked Will what he learned about in school.  Will launched into an animated story about a chicken with a "little ting on his head" and he "runs fast" and "looks like a chicken but isn't a chicken."

Luckily I had the camera next to me, so the rest of the story is on video.  Can you guess what letter he learned about this week?
