What we've been doing while I've not been blogging...

So, hmmm, four months have gone by and a lot (a whole lot! new house!) has happened, so I'm not sure where to jump in.  I think a photo timeline is in order:

MARCH

We bought a house!  Anna came with us to the closing:

So I have no pics of the front, but it has a driveway that's great for scooters and basketball...

...a room for Will (which he loves now that the watermelon-red wall is gone!)...

...a room with a fun window bed for Anna...

...and a playroom, which John keeps threatening to steal and make into some sort of man-cave.

It also has a big backyard and backs to woods.

We also finally bought Will a bunk bed (after lots of requests from him), and allowed Anna to play on the top the night it arrived.  Then we told her she wasn't allowed on the top bunk anymore.  Did she listen?  Keep reading...

We beautified the Cub Scouts' host church...

...and rewarded ourselves with wings.

Will took tennis lessons.

We held a garage sale.

Anna turned five!

And we moved!  Under threat of tornadoes and torrential rain, fun times.

And said goodbye to the old house.

Then Anna and I ditched the boys and the movers and the rain for a princess party!

APRIL

Will earned his wolf patch.

We celebrated Anna's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's.

The kids raked in the eggs at the church egg hunt.

Anna enjoyed her first pedicure.

We celebrated Easter and took our first front door pic at the new house.

Girls in matching duds.  (All from 2 yards of fabric!  Kinda proud.)
(Geranium dress on Anna, Everyday Skirt on me.)

We went to Chicago for spring break (that's a whole 'nother post).

Will walked over the bridge and became a bear scout.

MAY

We threw a Jedi Training Academy birthday party for Will...

...and he officially turned eight a few days later.

Anna graduated from preschool.

Anna and I accompanied Will's class to Legoland.

The last day of school arrived (PJ day).

And end-of-the-year parent goodies arrived.  Loved Anna's favorite things.

Anna fell off the top of Will's bunk bed fifteen minutes before I needed to leave for work and two days before our beach trip...and broke her right arm.

We traveled to the McClellan Biennial Mexico Beach Reunion.  Anna claimed she didn't feel good on the way down...we should have listened to her.

She ran a high fever all week, so a lot of this happened:

But the rest of us had fun.

We went home in time for her to get a pink sparkly cast.

The kids and I made goodies for our new baby cousin/niece...and actually mailed them before the baby arrived, which doesn't always happen around here.

The kids and I went to Disney to spend the last day of our resident passes.

We discovered a new game, so fun.

Consumed a lot of sugar...

...passed on seeing the Frozen girls...

...and got fast passes for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train...

...which was not quite as exciting as we'd hoped:

JUNE

John and I finished membership classes and finally joined our church.

We celebrated John on Father's Day.

And Anna got a haircut that made her look like a kindergartener.

And that's four months in one post!
