Keeping watch over their flocks by night

Today was the grammar school Christmas pageant.  Will advanced to the status of shepherd this year, and sang "The First Noel."  Well, part of it.  He informed me on the way to school that he did not plan to sing all the verses, just the first one or two, and maybe the last one.  He's a good Methodist.

I'm having technical difficulties in getting his video to post, so just pictures today.  I came early to help his class get dressed, so here are the before pics:

This stinker was so eager to go to the program, so I took her even though it was during naptime.  She spent the whole thing trying to nap in my lap, and kept announcing loudly that she was "so tired" and "is it over?"  I think she just wanted to be there for the food afterwards.
