New skills (and new injuries)

I'm way overdue in putting up Halloween pics, and they'll be next. However, Anna hit another milestone today and we're way excited.

She's been crawling all over the place lately, which has allowed her to get into all sorts of trouble.

"I'm just going to rearrange these papers for Daddy."

"Really, he'll be fine with it Mama. He'll thank me for this later."

This has led to all sorts of injuries.

Can you count the bruises? Welcome to the world of boo-boos, Anna!

Anyway, she's been pulling up to her knees this past week, and John swore she almost pulled to her feet last week. I didn't see it, and she wouldn't do it again:

But today, she spied one of her most favorite "toys" on the ottoman, and went after it:

Success!
Pretty advanced for a 7.5-month-old. I found this video of Will's first pull-up--he was about 9.5 months old:

So I'll be busy today moving the choking hazards even higher out of reach and lowering her crib. Once that's accomplished, I'll post some Halloween pics. :-)
