3 weeks old

Anna and I are enjoying some last days of peace and quiet before the boys return. Will has spent the week with Nana and Papa, and seeing as we do not have a real boat, plane, train, or tractor for him to play with, I think he will not be so happy to be back home!

I have been fairly productive this week with only a small infant to entertain--decluttered the living room and Will's room by packing up toys, cleaned, and finished organizing photos from Anna's first few weeks. Yes, they are all on Shutterfly--it took me the better part of a day because we had so many pictures. (Much more than at Will's birth--but then again, there were fewer of us with digital cameras then!) I tried to delete duplicate pictures, but there are still a ton...go HERE to check them out.

Here is a picture of Anna from yesterday, in her cute butterfly outfit (I LOVE that collection from Gymboree and bought more of it in 12 month sizes for next year with my Gymbucks).

And here she is this morning. She likes to sit in the Boppy and will often sit there awake and content while I surf the 'net on the laptop. How lucky am I?!

I love that fist, wonder what she's dreaming about? (And, because I know my mom is probably worrying about this--she is not at all close to the edge of the couch. I leaned back to take the picture in order to get a better shot of her face and the angle makes her look closer to the edge than she is. Plus I was right beside her. So no worries!)

The other place she loves to be is in the baby wrap (photos of that on Shutterfly). I received it for Christmas this year (after dropping big hints) and absolutely love it. It's a Moby-type wrap made by a woman in Orlando--cuter than the traditional Moby, though, because she adds a patterned fabric panel. She sells them on her Etsy site (and has another website for folks who don't use Etsy). This wrap would have been useless with Will, but is great for babies like Anna who like to snuggle, and I definitely recommend it. :-)
