Addendum to the last...
I was checking the Pioneer Woman, and just saw this recipe for "Baked Fudge" which sounds very similar to the Brownie Pudding recipe, but baked in individual ramekins. That sounds like a good idea (I could definitely use some portion control when chocolate is involved). This reminded me that I should also mention that the dish in which you cook the Brownie Pudding is important--I initially used a round 2 1/2 quart glass dish, which was too deep and probably needed a significantly longer cooking time. The second go round, I used my oval white Corningware casserole dish, and it worked out much better.

Yum. I think everybody could use some portion control for things involving fudge and chocolate!
