Palm Sunday

This year our church decided not to do the community-wide Eggstravaganza and instead had a smaller celebration on Palm Sunday.  John and I both enjoyed this year much better--thousands of people usually come to Eggstravaganza and it can be really hectic and exhausting.  So smaller is better!

This was Anna's first year carrying in the palms:

It was also Will's first year of waving a *real* palm frond--I guess they trusted him not to poke someone's eye out.  (I am not so trusting.)  I missed getting a picture of him with it, though.

And more pictures of the egg hunt, bouncy houses, and Easter Bunny:

(Will had been asking us to hide eggs at home so he could do some practice runs.  He was a little bummed when he saw the eggs all scattered on the ground at church and realized his hunting skills were going to be wasted!)

That's my girl--flying down the slide with her bloomers showing.

I am laughing at Will's "practice runs" -- overachiever much? Great pictures!
