Will's first job application

Will has been quite fascinated by our Elf on the Shelf, Bob, to the point that he now desires to join Bob in his elfly pursuits.  Will has been trying his hardest to figure out how he can become an elf.  At first, he announced he would no longer be eating his meals so that he could shrink to elfin size.  Lately, he has been obsessively checking his ears to see if they are becoming pointy:

Yesterday afternoon, he informed Leah of his desire to be an elf and asked her opinion on how he should go about it. She suggested that he should treat it like any other job and apply for it.  She sat down with him at the computer and helped him come up with a resume for Santa--Will excitedly showed it to me when I got home from work and I thought it was too fun to keep to myself. We dropped it in the mailbox and Will is eagerly waiting to see if he'll get the job!
