Lunch Dates with Will

I'm starting to feel a little sorry for Will...his whole world is about to change, and he has no idea. He is accustomed to having our full attention and that, of course, isn't going to happen with another baby in the house.

I've really enjoyed working part-time these past 2 years, and Will and I have a lot of fun on my days off. Now that he's a little older and is talking like crazy (and his tantrums/moods are more predictable), I enjoy taking him places, and he's become my favorite lunch partner. We go out to eat for lunch just us at least once a week--someplace fast of course, most often Tijuana Flats or Panera. I'm not sure that I'll be able to do this with two kids for awhile, so I'm enjoying these last few weeks of just Will and me. Today I took along my camera, so here is Will rocking out to the music on the front porch at Tijuana Flats:

(I didn't realize how prominent the "Free Beer" sign was when I was taking the pictures!! I promise that isn't what Will is so happy about.)

Today it was absolutely gorgeous outside, so we went to City Island Park in Daytona after lunch. The park is right on the intracoastal, so we enjoyed the breeze and the sun.

And we finished up at Angell and Phelps to get our chocolate fix--yum!

Angie...you are the best "little mama" I know. The room is so cute. Seeing all that pink stuff really has me excited. Can't wait.
I love you.
